"All negative "Conditions" target foe suffers from are spread from target foe to any nearby foes."

Does this include Exhaust? (wich would be quite fatal to any warrior standing nearby)
And (wich would be even more fatal) does it include death penalty? Imagine -15% (or more) non-dispellable hp-condition/debuff just because you stood near the wrong person.

Neither exhaustion or DP acts as conditions in combat. (Imagine removing them with normal condition removal!).

thx.
yeah i can imagine. A ranger getting lots of death penalties with nature rituals and then curing himself with his monk abilities or (which might be just a bit imbalance ) using his necoskills to transfer his deathpenalty to an enemy.
